street racing isnt a big problem. would you rather these kids be doing drugs or drinking and driving than street racing? if you know how to drive its not as dangerous as many other things. but it sux when you get caught.
@BBFBoss429 That’s a misconception. Operating a vehicle on State-owned roads is a commodity. You have to pay, and pay a lot, for it. Operating a vehicle on private property is your right as a “free” citizen of the USA.
Driving is not a right. Its a privelidge. if you do get caught. Don’t argue with the cops. Do as they say. Its better to be a live dog. Then a dead lion. Road racing is the most dangerous. The chances of crashing is great. I understand the rush that comes from winning a race. My Mustang runs 8:20 E.T. with a 540 cubic inch Boss Hemi motor. i still street race. Some nights i don’t because its too dangerous & cops are hanging around. No racing on Friday & Saturday. Hunters are in full force
And if you do go to jail. Once your inside the jailhouse. The cops can beat the crap out of you and accidently kill you. I suffered severe headaches for 6 months and have not been the same since. After they crush your head into the concrete floor. while your handcuffed. Ask yourself this question. Do i want to get caught ? Do you like pain? That kind of dirty stuff is why cops get shot at. Dude they can do anything to you. They are trained hunters. They have a hunters badge on their shirt.
For me it was the booze that made me make dumb mistakes. Like one night i drove by to sherrif’s cars with their park lights on. They were just chatting to each other. I waited until i was about 300 feet away from them and then i stopped in the middle of the road. I had a 1964 Nova SS with a pumped SBC with a 4speed. So i rev’ed it up and dropped the clutch. And burned rubber for 3 gears. I turned off my headlights so they would’nt see me. 3 minutes later i had a gun against the back my head.
The problem is most law makers don’t street race. And if they did and got caught. Nothing would happen to them anyway. Only people like us are the evil ones. If the public complains enough. The elected officails have to do something or start looking for a new job. It sucks i know. The only way to go to jail. Is to get caught. Do your racing one on one. And don’t blab to circus crowd or they will draw attention. But you must be as a stealthy as a serpent when when trying not to get caught.

It’s important that people realize that if you kill someone while you’re racing, you WILL go to jail. It shouldn’t be disallowed because some people can’t drive. Well i guess you pays the price. And takes your chances. I remember one night coming home from downtown Pheonix after a night of street racing right in front the cops. And this was 1976. But there was so many of us doing it on central ave. That the cops could’nt pull over everyone. Sound familar? We left alot of broken beer bottles behind during our night of Racing. Stop lite to stop lite. one after the other. I understand the rush real well. Fast cars and good lookin chicks. Its the bomb.

Stick to your vidoe games. Its safer for you and me. If you do go street racing. Go out into the country where there is no one at to get killed. You guys should’nt talk about how the car manufacturers have brain washed you into street racing. Because one day you will cause the manufacturers to stop building the fast cars that you love. Stay sober and use your brain. There are race tracks to do this on. But its the speed that kills. And remember this. Nobody wins all the time.

Plus no matter how good of a driver you are or even if you claim to be good because you can drive a stick, cops take classes to learn how to drive. Combine that with the technology and power in today’s cop cars, and you’ll be surprised what flatfeet with leadfeet can do.
Yeah Fast and Furious…those are PROFESSIONAL STUNT DRIVERS in a CLOSED COURSE..if you’re be a dumbass and street race you might as well sign a will. The one’s you see in these movies have a LOT more skill and a LOT more experience in what they’re doing than you wannabe street punks. I’ll take my nicely modified RX8 and keep it in one piece. People may want to race me but you know what when they end up wrapped around a pole and I’m shakin my head in disappointment .we’ll see who’s the pussy….
I have a modified Honda, and I get called “pussy” all the time because I don’t race. I would rather be a pussy than be dead, or in jail or have a totalled car. That is not to say I don’t speed or get on it from time to time, but I don’t do things that are just idiotic
Why do teenagers street race? some to prove whos the better racer, or who has the better car. I have raced and the adrenaline rush that you feel all throughout your body. one doesnt think they are gng to crash, beginners feel paranoid but they dont want to pussy out of a race. especially car enthusiasts who upgrade their car, they want to test it out and race. this whole video is why do you race if you endanger urself, wat about those innocent ppl who you kill or hurt in the crash?

It’s not worth it, trust me. I’m sittin at home with no licence because I was clocked at 140 in a race.
