2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X at Detroit Auto Show

This is the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. Though Mitsu has gently covert it as the Prototype X construct automobile for the 2007 city Auto Show, this turbocharged, all-wheel-drive litter is the Evo X. No uncertainty most it. We’re so trusty most it that we’ll meet intend to the Prototype X as the incoming Evo X for the rest of this report.

i gota agree!.. it needs at least 350 horses with the stock boost it has now…… but the 5 speed isnt too bad.. the good thing about 5 speeds over 6 is 5 speeds can be stronger since each gear is a bit bigger and has more space.. therefore you get a bit more mph in each gear but through every shift, a 5 speed goes a little lower in the power band than a 6…… its really what the person likes, i wouldnt mind a 5 although i do prefer a 6… ima just go 6 speed auto with an MR tho =/

Our expectations were too high for the evo x. 291 hp and only a 5 speed manual…disgrace!!

ohhh how i love lancers. Im getting an 08 black ES haha. Nothin special but im 19 and i’m buyin it my self. its a shell of the evo but that ones only a dream.

Well to be fair, it does make 295, meaning they were less than 10% off, which is good for an estimate without much information.
There is no MR manual. There is the GSR (which is cheaper) which comes with the manual or the MR which comes with a dual-clutch automated manual.
