Awesome..I’m a girl with an 85′ omni that I had given to me and I absolutly love it. Guys would make fun of my pimp ride until I showed em up racin and off roadin in that bitch! dude, i know that happened a while ago, but i really hope you have your other black omni up and running. sorry to see your other car end the way it did. shit, that really sucks man. my friend used to have one of these YEARS AGO. i just got bored here on youtube and look up omni, because he used to tell me about how these cars performed so well. damn, he sure was right! best wishes.

my buddies first car was a dodge omni, it was the coolest car ever. it could handle any terrain.
these pics are from the next morning. the omni wasnt originally parked where it is in the pics, it was parked 30 or so ft behind that area, and another car was parked in front of the pole where the omni ended up. the guy ran into the back of the omni, kept driving with it stuck to the front of his car until he jammed it into the back of the next car.. that car had its exhaust knocked off but was ok otherwise and was moved out of the way by the time of these pics.
Okay i’m not calling you a liar but, I have question’s, that need to be answered. If you look at 3:02 & 3:10 on the timer. You notice that the car has front end damage. How did this occur if there was clearly no car’s in front of yours?
This one started out as just an ‘86 T1 GLH so it wasn’t one of the 500 made. Those are black and have Shelby and GLHS decals all over them. Usually you can find a GLH for under $1000, I found mine for $750. Good luck finding one that hasn’t been modded though.

im getting one in los angeles the guy has two them in his auto wrecking yard he only wants 300 for the car i savin to buy both so can make one he has two glhs number 87 and number 107
the red car weighed 2240 with me in it, the black one that replaced the red one weighed just ove 2000 with me in it. i didnt want to totally gut the red car because it was so clean, the black one was a mess when i got it so cutting it up wasnt too big of a deal
the omni is probably a billion pounds lighter also

lol, is it a 2.2 t1? if so just find the a525 manual with glh gears, if t2 get the a555 with the getrag gears.
